Frequently Asked Questions

An accelerated rider's payout reduces your basic (life) sum assured. An additional rider like Total Multi Crisis Care pays out on top — your life coverage remains fully intact after a CI claim.

A subsequent cancer claim requires a new, unrelated primary cancer diagnosed at least 3 years after the first; a subsequent late-stage heart attack or stroke must be unrelated and at least 1 year after the first. All claims count toward the 400% overall cap.

For rider sum assured of RM250,000 and above: Case Management Service (second opinions from 50,000+ experts, physician case manager, specialist matching) and the Homecare Programme (trained nurses, caregivers, recovery support) with a voucher worth 8% of sum assured, up to RM25,000.
